Located at the city end of Marine Parade, Napier is yours to explore on foot with many major attractions, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Your hosts Esther and Tom look forward to making your stay a pure delight.
The Suites
Every suite is subtly styled to have its own charm and character. All have balconies or access to a balcony if you want to enjoy the sunshine and take in the sea air. There is one twin room available on request.
The Furnishings
Every suite has classic decor, with the finest fixtures and furnishings and luxury linens and towels. We value natural New Zealand products and supply them wherever possible. Our beds have pure cotton sheets, New Zealand lambswool blankets and silk duvet inners.
Pania Suite
This suite is on the ground floor, has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with rainforest shower and wonderful ecological amenities. French doors lead out to the front verandah, with a sunny spot to enjoy your breakfast, and watch the boats sailing by. This room has a heat pump, air conditioning unit, and easy chairs for comfort. High speed wireless internet, high definition smart TV’s deliver netflix on demand and keep you in touch with the world.
Kidnappers Secret Garden
This ground floor suite has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, with rain shower. French doors lead out to a sunny verandah, where you can sit and watch the world go by, read a book, or have a drink. This suite has a heat pump for winter comfort, and air conditioning for the summer time. Easy chairs and high speed fibre internet and netflix on demand help you keep in touch with the world.
Portland Suite
This upstairs suite, accessed by a lift, or stairs, is sunny and warm. It has french doors leading out to the upstairs balcony, with views that stretch from Mahia’ Portland Island, to Cape Kidnappers. Again it is furnished with a king bed, fine linens and comfortable seating. The ensuite has a rain shower, and full deluxe amenities. Wifi and smart high definition TV’s with netflix help keep you in touch with the world. All rooms are double glazed for your comfort.
Kaweka Suite
This upstairs suite, our largest, has a California king bed, that can be split into two full sized single beds. It has wonderful views of our shore line, and access to the balcony through the doors at the end of the hall. It has a lovely seating area, and wonderful rain shower in the ensuite. It is warmed by a heat pump in the winter and cooled in summer with air conditioning, which is self adjustable. A smart TV, and high speed fibre internet keeps you connected to the world.
The Pinnacles Suite
This sunny up-stairs suite looks out toward Cape Kidnappers. It is furnished with a king bed, luxury linens,and a modern ensuite with a large rain shower. The amenities in the bathroom are first class, and the french doors out to the balcony are shuttered for privacy, and breeze in the summer. The smart TV and high speed internet keep you connected with loved ones at home.

All rooms have fibre broadband, wifi, Netflix accounts, a TV, a king bed or split king singles. We can provide electric or pedal bikes to explore and there is a shared lounge and outdoor area with a fire. Feel free to socialise and meet the other guests in a warm, comfortable environment.
